Brian A. Boice
Managing Member
Brian has practiced law in Washington and California for over ten years, focusing his efforts on representing small and medium-sized businesses in a comprehensive “In-House-Counsel-like” fashion. Brian’s experience spans from corporate formation and governance; contract formation, negotiation, and enforcement; and enforcing the rights of his clients.
Brian has been recognized by Washington Super Lawyers Magazine, as a “Rising Star” in Construction Litigation for four consecutive years – an honor bestowed upon no more than 2.5% of Washington State attorneys. He also leads the firm’s efforts on behalf of property owners and managers, which has earned industry-wide recognition for Boice Law Firm’s comprehensive representation of professionally managed multi-family housing.

Brian was raised in the South Puget Sound, and looks forward to winters filled with snowboarding while his wife, Angela, and his two sons ski. He loves to entertain with his family, and enjoys golfing.
Angela R. Boice
Managing Member
Angela graduated from University of Washington School of Law in 2020. Before beginning her law career, Angela worked in the field of biomedical research and biotechnology. She brings the same attention to detail and analytical thinking to the practice of law that made her successful in her scientific research. Angela focuses on providing comprehensive legal services to small businesses so that all their business interests are addressed in one place – from business formation and operations, to protection of intellectual property, and tax planning. She also enjoys estate planning that encompasses all aspects of an individual’s personal and professional endeavors. Her goal is to provide the client with peace of mind that their assets are protected, and future generations are provided for.
Angela recently completed her LL.M. degree in tax law in May 2021. Angela understands the importance of tax planning in every aspect of business and personal finances and transactions. She ensures that her clients understand complicated tax issues and gives them the confidence to make informed decisions.

Personal
Angela was born and raised in the PNW and has chosen to raise her two young sons here with her husband and partner, Brian. In the summer, you can find Angela on the water - paddle boarding or skiing. In the winter, she heads to the mountains to escape the gloom and go snow skiing. She also enjoys playing tennis and is a voracious reader.
